setVehicleTopspeed(speedKmh [int])

This native is used to change the vehicle topspeed. When called, it will automatically recalculate and apply a drag coefficient that will allow the vehicle to reach the desired topspeed. Can be used both to reduce or increase a vehicle topspeed. Speed must be given in KM/H
